Life expectancy is one of those statistics we always knew would inch up every decade and generation.

Of course we always knew we would live longer than our parents and our kids will live longer than us.   As health research improves or health challenges are identified and the population is informed it makes sense we would continue to live longer.   Up to now common sense verified that the odds of reaching 100 in great health would continue to improve.

Sorry to break the news and dampen your life longevity celebration.   The National Bureau of statistics just revealed that life expectancy decreased for the first time ever.   This means that we will not live longer than our parents and our kids will not reach our life expectancy.

Although research on longevity continues unabated and DNA /telomere manipulation accelerates there are several significant health challenges which now defy the historical common expectation that each successive generation will live longer lives.

Nevertheless the shortened life expectancy can be explained by several health challenges now conspiring to “hijack” the health of every individual.

These health challenges have become so wide spread yet obscured from the majority of people that they can overwhelm antiaging advances.

What are these health challenges?

Reasons for the lowered life expectancy

The first is the continual increase in environmental toxicity.  Our water, food, houses, chemicals we expose our bodies to, the damaging electromagnetic frequencies and much more all damage our health.    Increasingly, our food contains glyphosate (Roundup) an amazingly toxic pesticide distributed by Monsanto.  The population is exposed to higher levels of Aluminum to which our immune systems have not yet evolved to detoxify.    These are just a few of the many toxic exposures which damage our health daily and many in the know refuse to acknowledge such a Monsanto ignoring the research and continuing to spread Glyphosate into the atmosphere and onto our food supply.

These toxins negatively impact every tissue and cell in our body resulting in a dramatically reduce our life expectancy.

The second major factor is the approach of our health care system which advocates treating every illness or potential disease with a drug.   Most of these drugs don’t allow our body to evolve and become stronger.  They also introduce many toxins into the body.

The pharmaceutical approach to illness and disease simply masks symptoms rather than address the cause of illness.   Medications introduce a myriad of severe health challenges and subvert our body’s natural defense mechanisms.

The other major trend shortening our life expectancy is the dramatic reduction of nutrients in our foods which undermines every one of our body’s systems.    Vitamin D, magnesium, trace minerals and most critical antioxidants are deficient in epidemic proportions throughout the human species.     Isolated groups and tribes living the longest are continually exposed to mineral and nutrient nourishment elevating them to longer life expectancies.   We should learn from these groups and their intuitive health wisdom.    A recent report is that the country with the longest life expectancy – South Korea- just pushed past 90 years.   How can a country have the average citizen reach more than 90 years yet the average person in the US reaches at best their mid 70’s.    People have got to understand the reasons for this discrepancy and take individual action not continue to follow groups (FDA, big Pharma the food industry) which do not consider your health as an important goal of theirs.

Together these global health challenges overwhelm the advances in healthy aging and yield our present decrease in life expectancy.   The obvious question is how we can buck the present direction our life expectancies are now heading.

  1. Educate yourself to become your own best physicians and health advocate
  2. Have discipline to avoid damaging health challenges (drugs, smoking, high level sugar intake) while incorporating health enhancing products and strategies
  3. Develop your health team that is healthy themselves and promotes health not just manages or suppresses disease
  4. Develop a healthy life style especially in the arenas of nutrition, sleep and exercise
  5. Learn how to reduce stress. There are many methods to do this which include removing stressful situations and relationships
  6. Begin to use diagnostic and assessment technology that prevents illness and identifies disease far earlier than traditional health care is now using.  Energy medicine and diagnostics are the coming wave of health care and diagnostics for sensitive and early diagnosis and treatment.

Although life expectancy now appears to be headed in the wrong direction every individual can take control of their own health and longevity.   Don’t leave your health in the control of someone who cares less about your health than you.   Use health experts as consultants while you make the ultimate health decisions for you and your family.

The tools and knowledge are available.    The road map to reach your goal of 10 decades in great health is available.

Clarified Health is your partner to reach that goal.

Above all remember to enjoy the journey,
